The main screen holds the room and displays a code. Everyone votes and answers in their own phone, with nothing installed, no password and no account. Results appear on the screen the moment the question closes, broken down by the segments people gave you at sign in. A new question typed mid session reaches every phone in about two seconds.

The second half of the product runs online. You show the code during your own broadcast and play with an audience sitting at home. A company on results day, a politician in a debate, a creator on a stream. Hall and home audiences can share one game and one scoreboard, and a viewer can raise a hand and join the broadcast on camera.

Access is either open, meaning a code and a nickname with no email, or verified by email domain or a named list when you need to know who was in the room. Questions cover polls, scored quizzes, true or false against a clock, numeric estimates, rating scales, free text and speed based scoring counted to each individual phone. The player environment is localised, so everyone reads in their own language without changing what the room sees.

A load test on 12 August 2026 ran eight stages from 250 to 60,000 concurrent players. At peak, 20,903 requests per second, 8,788,886 requests across the run, and no answers lost. You can open the player environment at kviz.odpp.cz.

Every page and every internal task has an entry point and a desired outcome. A purchase, a submitted form, a completed booking, a case closed correctly. Between the two there is an obstacle course. A thin layer above your site watches how people clear it, finds the obstacles that stop them, helps at that exact point, and reports which routes actually work.

It does three things. It explains an important element in plain words. It offers help right where somebody has stalled for too long. And it measures the stalls anonymously, so instead of the sentence "the site is complicated" you get the page, the button, and the share of people who stop there and leave.

The second deployment sits inside the company. An experienced employee performs the task once, normally, in the software they already use. The layer records the working path, then guides a new employee through the same task inside the same system, instead of handing them a manual nobody reads. It applies to software that was never designed to be taught.

No identity is collected, the contents of form fields are never read, and a second safeguard discards any text that looks like personal data. The only thing recorded about a person is the language they chose. It deploys as one line or through your tag manager, your content system is untouched, the look follows your own site, and the switch stays on your side. Your security officer can read the code line by line before it goes live.

It replaces the paper notice board in shops and shopping centres, in factories and staff areas, in office lobbies, in residential buildings and in institutions. The version that is curling at the corners, six months out of date, and read by nobody.

The screen runs the board in the place where people already wait. Anyone posts from their own phone using the code on the screen, including while queueing, and posts pass moderation before they appear. The content then rotates between community posts, your own promotions and paid partner advertising. The board also runs as an ordinary web page, so it reaches people away from that one wall, and a single post can apply across your sites when you want it to.

Two features decide the sale. Contact details are held server side and released only to signed in members, so the poster is not called by the entire building. Non members never see them, and they are not buried in the page source either, because they are simply not sent. And a guidance mode walks a user through every function in plain words, for the part of your audience with no digital confidence at all. That answers the objection which always comes first, namely that half the users will never manage it.

Touch kiosks created three new problems. One person is served while everyone else waits. That person has to learn an unfamiliar interface in public, under pressure, with a queue behind them. And everybody touches the same surface. Here it is inverted. The large screen keeps its job of holding the room and displays a code. The moment somebody scans it, the interaction moves into the device they already know how to operate.

That creates two layers. The totem carries what is common to everyone, meaning service status, queue position, wayfinding and urgent notices, silently and with captions. The phone carries the personal part, meaning language, booking, forms, the list of documents to bring and directions to the right room. One screen therefore serves any number of people at once, each on their own path, and nobody queues for the screen. What the visitor read stays in the phone after they leave.

A screen cannot be in six languages at once. A phone can. On the totem the text rotates every couple of seconds while the code stays constant. In the phone the visitor picks a language once and everything follows, without changing what anyone else in the hall sees. Receptionists, nurses and clerks spend tens of minutes a day working across a language barrier, and it is mostly the same basic information over and over.

Content is not edited in an administration panel. It is changed by typing an ordinary sentence, and the screen follows within seconds, which removes the training that is the largest hidden cost of these systems. The software does not depend on one manufacturer, so it runs on the displays you already own. No touch layer is required, because nobody touches the screen.

What companies ask us

Do our people have to install anything?

No. No app, no prior registration. They scan a code and they are in. That is the entire reason these solutions work in places where previous attempts died of low participation.

How long does deployment take?

For a live event, days. For onboarding and the board, expect a pilot of one to two weeks, because your environment and content need to be reviewed. None of it requires a change to your systems that the whole IT department would have to approve.

What happens to the data?

We collect only what is worth evaluating: participation, answers, the places where people got stuck. Not content, and not identity where identity does not matter. What exactly is stored is agreed in writing before the pilot starts.

Will it work with our older equipment?

Usually yes. The solutions run on your people's phones and on an ordinary screen or projector. Where hardware is needed we can supply it, but it is not a condition for trying the thing out.
